What did they tell you to do What are you stuck on I might advise that you actually create a ticket here since Sketchbook has its own community and not really supported here. I am attaching here what they told me to do (I submitted the ticket though the link you are suggesting me now). I did it twice. But unfortunately nothing happened (when I click on Restore, it is loading with no result). They suggest that if the instructions dont work, to contact Apple. I contacted iTunes and they told me to contact the App Developer.
